LATE BLOOMERS NYC REWARDS TERMS & CONDITIONS
Overview
The Late Bloomers NYC Rewards program is a loyalty program designed to reward our most dedicated patrons. By enrolling in the program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Enrollment & Accrual
- Eligibility: Membership is limited to individuals 21 years of age or older with a valid government-issued ID.
- Accrual Rate: Members earn 1 point for every $1 spent on qualifying pre-tax purchases. Points are calculated based on the final subtotal after all discounts and before taxes are applied.
- Sign-Up Bonus: New members receive a one-time bonus of 50 points upon successful enrollment and SMS opt-in.
Redemptions
- Reward Tiers: Points may be redeemed for the following discounts:
- 100 Points: $10 Off (Minimum spend $30 pre-tax)
- 250 Points: $30 Off (Minimum spend $75 pre-tax)
- 500 Points: $75 Off (Minimum spend $150 pre-tax)
- Usage: Only one loyalty reward may be redeemed per transaction. Rewards cannot be combined with other store-wide sales, promotions, or daily deals unless otherwise stated.
- Expiration: Points expire 365 days after the date they were earned if not redeemed.
General Terms
- Points have no cash value and are non-transferable.
- Late Bloomers NYC reserves the right to modify or terminate the program or specific reward tiers at any time without prior notice.
- Abuse of the program, including creating multiple accounts, may result in forfeiture of points and removal from the program.
Terms and Conditions
1. Mandatory Age Verification Clause
- By accessing this website, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age. We use third-party identity verification to validate government-issued IDs for all online reservations. A valid government photo ID is required for all in-store pickups or deliveries to confirm your identity.
2. Possession & Purchase Limits
- In accordance with NYS law, adults 21+ may possess up to three (3) ounces of cannabis flower or 24 grams of concentrated cannabis. Late Bloomers NYC will not fulfill reservations that exceed these daily legal limits.
3. Required Public Health Warnings
- "For use only by adults 21 years of age and older. Keep out of reach of children and pets."
- "Cannabis can impair concentration, coordination, and judgment. Do not operate a vehicle or machinery under the influence."
- "Using cannabis while pregnant or breastfeeding passes THC to your baby."

4. Loyalty & Promotions
- Enrollment in our Loyalty Program is for verified adults 21+. Points and rewards have no cash value and may be redeemed only for discounts or as permitted by updated OCM marketing guidelines.
- Our loyalty and rewards program is governed by updated OCM Part 129.3 regulations. Points may be earned and redeemed for discounts on non-cannabis items or as otherwise permitted by state law. Taxes will be calculated based on the original pre-discounted price of all goods.
5. Federal Law & Transport Warning
- Cannabis remains illegal under federal law. Transporting cannabis products across state lines, including to New Jersey or Connecticut, violates New York State law and these Terms.
6. Online Order Fulfillment
- All online 'orders' are reservations and do not constitute a legal sale until payment and ID verification occur at the licensed premises.
Return and Refund Policy
- General Policy: Due to state health and safety regulations, Late Bloomers NYC cannot accept returns or exchanges on any cannabis products once they have left our licensed premises. All sales are final.
- Defective Products: We stand by the quality of our products. If you receive a manufacturing defect—such as a leaking vape cartridge or a broken electronic component—you may be eligible for an exchange. To qualify for a replacement, you must:
Report the issue within seven (7) days of the original purchase.
Provide the original receipt and the product in its original, child-resistant, and tamper-evident packaging.
Present the same valid government ID used during the initial purchase. - Consumable Goods: For your safety, we strictly cannot accept returns on flower, edibles, concentrates, or topicals if the original tamper-evident seal has been broken or if the product has been partially consumed.
- Non-Cannabis Items: Returns for accessories (such as apparel or unbranded hardware) are accepted within 30 days if they are unused and in their original condition.
